Today, Advertising Age listed St. John & Partners as one of the 50 Best Places to Work in Advertising & Media, the only agency headquartered in Florida to receive this designation.

People are our greatest asset, and we are successful because of our talented staff. We work everyday to create a culture that is fun, safe and supportive. That environment of collaboration and camaraderie allows for the insights and creativity that support the growth of our clients' brands.

We describe ourselves as Makers of Meaning and with that in mind, we create opportunities to recognize the contributions and value of individual employees through peer recognition awards for exceptional work at each monthly breakfast or quarterly staff meeting. Also in keeping with the Makers theme, we are proud of the frequent employee led efforts to help others in our community – an initiative we call Kindology.

We work hard on behalf of our clients so we make sure to allow time for recharging, whether through group outings to Las Vegas, Miami or Orlando, personal time in the form of a minimum of four weeks paid leave or professional development time at industry conferences.

Of course, having and growing a great agency is not possible without great clients and vendors. We appreciate the confidence that our clients place in us and we value the support of our vendors.

We are proud of the recognition as an Advertising Age Best Place to Work. We are also so proud that many of the staff responses to this announcement were "We knew it all along and we’re happy it is being recognized.

Introductions are the hardest part.
