Freelance web developers needed for two upcoming projects!
Project 1 - Client Website Rebrand
Qualifications- able to confidently master these tasks:
- Front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON)
- Experience using javascript to build and maintain custom calculators and realtime data visualizations
- Custom Wordpress theme development with Gutenburg
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Integrating websites with third-party tools such as MailChimp, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, etc.
- Implementing GTM events and data layer
Timing: Six months, September through February
Workload: September (50-75 hours), October (100 to 125 hours), November (100 to 150 hours), December (100 to 150 hours), January (100 to 125 hours), February (50 hours)
Project 2 - Website new build. Front-end focused project developer:
Qualifications- able to confidently master these tasks:
- Front-end custom web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Custom Wordpress theme development
- Writing cross-browser and cross-device compatible CSS and JavaScript (IE, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
- Translating layered Figma design comps into code
- Responsive, ideally mobile-first, development and a strong understanding of mobile browser capabilities
- JavaScript and CSS animation techniques
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Implementing designs built in Figma
- PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript updates and development
- QA and issue fixes for client websites
- Deploying updates from staging to production
- Version control in GitHub
- Ongoing check-ins as needed with internal and external teams
Timing: Six weeks, September 1 through October 15 (approx.)
Hours required: 20 hours per week
